MockQuiz.COM does not offer refunds for the current billing period, whether monthly or yearly. All payments made are for the current active subscription period and are non-refundable.
If you experience persistent technical problems that significantly impact your ability to use our platform, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. In exceptional cases where we are unable to resolve the issue, we may review refund eligibility individually.
If a duplicate payment was made accidentally, please contact us at support@mockquiz.com with your transaction details. We will verify and process a refund for the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.
