Please read these terms carefully before using MockQuiz.COM platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MockQuiz.COM ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
MockQuiz.COM provides:
- •NEET mock tests and real exam simulations
- •Performance analytics and detailed reports
- •Ranking systems at city, state, and national levels
- •Parent dashboard for monitoring student progress
- •Study materials and preparation resources
- •Mobile and web-based access to all features
3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation:
- •You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- •You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- •Parental consent is required for users under 18 years of age
Account Responsibilities:
- •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- •One account per student - multiple accounts are not permitted
- •Account sharing is strictly prohibited
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
Free Trial:
- •Your first month on MockQuiz.COM is completely free
- •No credit card required during the free trial period
- •Free trial automatically expires after one month
- •No charges applied unless you upgrade to a paid plan
Paid Subscriptions:
- •Monthly Plan: ₹299 per month, billed every month
- •Yearly Plan: ₹2,999 per year, billed annually
- •Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
- •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
- •Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
Cancellation:
- •You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app
- •Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of the current billing period
- •For monthly plans: access continues until the end of the current month; no charge from the next month onwards
- •For yearly plans: access continues until the end of the current yearly period; no renewal charge thereafter
- •No refund is issued for the current billing period upon cancellation
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- •Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or activity
- •Share, distribute, or reproduce test content without permission
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
- •Use automated tools or bots to access the platform
- •Upload malicious software or engage in hacking activities
- •Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on MockQuiz.COM, including but not limited to test questions, explanations, reports, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree that:
- •All content remains the property of MockQuiz.COM
- •You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content
- •You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- •Your use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Availability:
- •We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- •Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
- •We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions
Educational Content:
- •Our content is for educational purposes only
- •We do not guarantee specific exam results or scores
- •Success depends on individual effort and preparation
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for:
- •Violation of these terms of service
- •Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- •Non-payment of subscription fees
- •Abuse of platform resources or other users
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India.
12. Affiliate Program
MockQuiz.COM operates an affiliate program that allows educators, tutors, and institutions to earn commission by referring students to the platform. The following rules apply:
- •Registration-based commission: Affiliate commission is awarded solely based on the referral link through which a student completes their registration. Only the affiliate whose link was used at the point of registration will receive the commission.
- •One commission per student: Each student registration can only be attributed to one affiliate, regardless of how many educators or institutions may have recommended MockQuiz.COM to that student.
- •No commission for prior influence: A student may be learning from multiple sources — such as online classes and in-person coaching centres — and both may have shared their respective affiliate links. However, only the affiliate whose link the student used to register will be eligible for the commission. Prior influence or recommendation does not constitute eligibility.
- •No disputes on attribution: MockQuiz.COM's decision on affiliate attribution based on the registration link is final. We are unable to reassign commission to another affiliate after registration is complete.
- •Affiliates' responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for sharing their unique referral link directly with students to ensure proper attribution.
Example: If a student attends both an online class and an in-person coaching centre, and both share their affiliate links, the commission will be awarded only to the affiliate whose link the student used when registering — not both.
